Healthy Living with Tech

During this difficult time, it is more important than ever that we look after ourselves both physically and mentally. In this section, we'll be focussing mostly on our physical health. Technology can be a great tool to support our healthy lifestyles if used properly, with many people using technology for 'at home' workouts, to track sleep, or to track their food intake.

As always, these are recommendations, and you should only follow any of the guidelines below if you are safe to do so. As many of these resources are based on using smartphones apps, we've also created a page with support on how to use apps, that you can find here.

If you're unsure of where to start, click on the purple icon to go to our Tech Talk on Healthy Living with Tech. This is a brief introduction to the topic, and is the basis for the Tech Talks at our events.
